We love raising pigs! We believe strongly in the importance of letting pigs express their full "piggyness", both because it gives them a happy and quality life but also because a happy pig that gets to root in the dirt and frolic (yes, they frolic!) on pasture produces the highest quality meat.

We've heard many of our customers rave about our pork and it is because we allow them to live as they should - outdoors with lots of grass to eat, dirt to root in, wallows to wallow in and the occasional apple or garden trimmings as a treat that produces top quality pork. It's equally important to us that the pigs have the best life possible, but also that you our customers get to experience top quality pork.

As part of our commitment to ethical conduct, we raise our animals humanely. They live and thrive on open pastures. When you consume our products, you can be assured you are not contributing to the “factory farming” system.

We also ensure that you are getting quality food through our raising practices. Our pigs enjoy a variety of forage and can choose to supplement their diet with non-GMO corn, oats and other grains. This ensures that you are getting meat full of essential minerals and nutrients.
