1 Sign Up

Create your free account and verify you are within our delivery area. We deliver to Barrie, Oshawa, Niagara to Windsor and everywhere in between. If you're not sure - please get in touch!

2 Shop

Browse through our selection of pasture-raised and other local quality products. Add the products you like to your order.

3 Get Your Order

We will be in touch to coordinate a delivery time. We deliver to most zones every other week and as long as your order is $150 or more (for most zones), there are no delivery charges. You are also able to pick up at the farm or our farm store partners.

Common Questions



Can I still order through email or text?


Yes! If you prefer to make your order through email, text or call we will do our best to accommodate. If there is something we can do to make the online ordering experience better, please let us know!

If my order is less than the minimum order amount, what is the delivery charge?


For most zones (other than the Niagara Region and Windsor) if your order is less than $150 we will charge a $15 delivery fee.  For the Niagara Region and Windsor, if your order is less than $250, there is a delivery fee of $25 (if the order is more than $250 then there is no delivery fee).

What if I prefer to come to the farm or farm store partner to pick up my order? Is there a minimum order?


We encourage you to come to the farm or one of our farm store partners if that works with your schedule. Please make sure you let us know in advance what you would like so we can have your order ready for you. There is no minimum order.

When will my order be delivered?


We deliver into most of our delivery zones once every two weeks.  When you make an order we will be in touch to confirm delivery timing. Here are the routes and timing for deliveries:

Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge - Every other Monday

Collingwood, Barrie, Bradford, Keswick, Newmarket, Alliston Route - Every other Monday

Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Grimsby - Every other Wednesday

London and area - Every other Thursday

Milton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, Georgetown, Halton Hills, Orangeville - Every other Tuesday

Toronto, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Woodbridge - Every other Tuesday

Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa - Every fourth Tuesday

Windsor, Sarnia, Chatham Kent - Once every two months (on the 3rd Thursday of the month)

St. Catharines/Niagara/Fort Erie - Once every two months (on the 3rd Thursday of the month)


NOTE: If you live in a smaller community or if your city is not listed, please get in touch as we do travel outside of these zones from time to time.


What if I'm not home?


No problem! You can either set out a cooler for us to place your order in until you get home or we can provide an insulated bag to keep it frozen for a few hours until you are home. We just ask that once you arrive home you unpack your items and place them in the freezer as soon as you are able to do so.

Who will deliver my order?

We work with a few local couriers and on specific routes, we deliver ourselves.

How will my order be packaged?


Your order will either be packaged in a reusable shopping bag. We are happy to have you keep the shopping bag if you like or you are welcome to give it back to us so we can reuse it in the future.

When will I be charged and how can I pay?

Because most items are charged by the pound we will not know your exact total until the order is packed. When you complete your order you will be provided an estimate of the final cost. Once your order has been packed and we know the exact weights of the items in your order we will send you an invoice that you can pay with e-transfer, credit card or cash/cheque upon delivery.

Can I come visit the farm?


Definitely!  We encourage it! We'd love for you to come to the farm so we can show you around.  If you are planning on coming, please let us know in advance so we can make sure someone is there to show you around.  If you are planning to take an order home with you, please place this order ahead of time so we can have it ready for you when you get here.

Ordering Policies



Order Totals are Estimated


Because most of the items are priced by the pound, your final total may be slightly lower or higher than the original estimated total. Once your order has been packed and we have finalized the weights for your order we will send you a final invoice.

Payment Options


We accept payment through e-transfer, credit card or cash/cheque upon delivery.

Short Stock Items


Please understand that Wild Meadows Farm is a small farm and not a large warehouse. We will do our best to keep items in stock, but if an item that you ordered becomes unavailable we will do our best to work with you to replace it with something else.  If this is not possible your fees will be reduced based on the missing item(s).

Order Deadlines Before Delivery


We ask that orders are made by midnight two days before delivery.  For example, if delivery in your area is on a Tuesday, please place your order before midnight on Saturday.  This is in order to ensure we have enough time to pack your order.
