How to Brew:
For a hot cup: Steep 1-2 tsp of herb in 8 fl oz of just-boiled water. Let steep 5-10 min. For a more potent cup, steep up to 20 minutes. Sweeten to taste.
For a cold infusion: Combine loose-leaf tea and cold water in a pitcher and let the tea infuse the water for 6-12 hrs in the refrigerator. Strain, sweeten to taste, and enjoy.
