A classic done properly. Slow-simmered chicken broth (7 hours) with diced chicken breast, egg noodles, carrots, celery, and onion. Comforting, nourishing, and made the old-fashioned way. A small amount of apple cider vinegar is added early in the cooking process to help draw nutrients from the bones as the broth simmers.
