A beautiful bell-flower shape with ridged petals that trap and lock in sauce. Great with veggies, meat or tomato sauces. This beetroot variety gains its ‘red’ from organic beetroot powder infused during the mixing of the pasta dough. Improved nutritional value by increased potassium, fibre, and magnesium!
