NOTE: Due to the popularity of our nose-to-tail ground beef, we use all of our heart, liver, tongue, and kidney in that product. Because of this, we work with another local farm that raises grass-fed and finished beef to sell their beef organs to our customers. This product may have a different label from our neighbor's farm.
