Beef kidney is a nutrient-dense organ meat, rich in protein, B vitamins, and essential minerals like iron and selenium. With a mild, earthy flavour, it’s perfect for traditional dishes like steak and kidney pie, slow-cooked stews, or blending into ground meat for an extra nutritional boost.
NOTE: Due to the popularity of our nose-to-tail ground beef, we use all of our heart, liver, tongue, and kidney in that product. Because of this, we work with another local farm that raises grass-fed and finished beef to sell their beef organs to our customers. This product may have a different label from our neighbour's farm.
