Wild caught Arctic Char fillets are sustainably harvested by the Inuit fishermen of Rankin Inlet & Pangnirtung, just off the coast of Baffin Island, in Nunavut. Known for their rich, delicate flavour and firm, pink flesh, these fillets are perfect for baking, broiling, or grilling. All fillets are flash frozen during the winter harvest and within six hours during the summer harvest, remaining frozen until purchase. To defrost, simply place the fillets in the refrigerator overnight and consume within 3 days. Rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acids, Arctic Char is a heart-healthy choice.
