The sirloin cap can be grilled whole or cut into smaller steaks. There are a variety of ways to cook sirloin caps. It can be grilled as steaks, made into kebobs, used for stir fry, in a stew, and sandwiches. To give them flavor, it should be marinated or have a dry rub added to increase the flavor.
It is a lean cut of meat so be sure to not overcook!
