Springhills Prickerel is raised on the Taylor family's small-scale farms in Grey County, Ontario. Every healthy and delicious fillet is individually vacuum-sealed, deboned, and frozen at peak freshness. Raised in natural, fresh water with low densities and specially designed diets, the humane and sustainable farming methods bring out the incredible taste. Springhills harvests, fillets, vacuum-seals, and freezes all within a day to lock in the maximum freshness. These fillets will keep up to 12 months in your freeze.
Note: All Springhills fish are pinboned. We inspect every fillet after deboning, but we do warn you that the odd pinbone sneaks through!
