For those of you who would like to incorporate more organ meats into your diet, but don't like the taste or don't know how to cook them, this is a great option for you. It is 80% muscle meat and 20% organs (heart, liver, tongue and kidney) from our grassfed and finished beef. Organs are one of the most nutritious of foods but can be difficult to incorporate them into your meal planning - this option makes it easy!
Use it just like you would regular ground beef. There will be a slight "livery" taste to it, but it is certainly not overpowering. It is something that you can easily "hide" in many recipes that call for ground beef (chill, spaghetti sauce, lasagna and many more) so your kids won't even know its there!
