NOTE: Due to the popularity of our nose-to-tail ground beef, we use all of our heart, liver, tongue, and kidney in that product. Because of this, we work with another local farm that raises grass-fed and finished beef to sell their beef organs to our customers. This product will (likely) have a different label on it from our neighbour farm.
