1/4 Pork Bundle

Our 1/4 pork bundle offers our customers the convenience of having a freezer stocked with quality meat with the affordability of bulk orders.  This bundle provides a variety of cuts that represents 1/4 of the meat that a whole hog yields.

This 40 lbs bundle will require about 1.5 square feet of freezer space.

What's included

• 2 package of spare ribs (approx. 1.2 lbs per package)
• 1 smoked ham roast (approx. 4 lbs per package)
• 1 smoked ham steak (approx. 1.5 lbs per piece)
• 4 packages of bacon (approx. 1 lbs per package)
• 2 pork roasts (approx. 3 lbs per package)
• 2 packages of bone-in pork chops (2 chops per package)
• 2 packages of smoked pork chops (2 chops per package)
• 2 packages of butt chops (2 chops per package)
• 2 packages of regular sausage
• 1 package of garlic sausage
• 1 package of honey garlic sausage
• 1 package of italian sausage
• 2 package of regular breakfast sausage
• 4 packages of ground pork (approx. 1 lbs per package)
