PART-TIME ORDER PACKER
Do you enjoy active, hands-on work and being part of a mission-driven team? We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our fulfillment crew and help pack orders with care, organize our freezers, and keep our inventory running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Organizing and maintaining freezer storage
- Tracking inventory and supporting our fulfillment workflow
What We're Looking For:-
Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to do physically demanding work (regular lifting up to 60 lbs, on your feet most of the day)
- Comfortable working in cold conditions (walk-in freezers)
- Must be local and have reliable transportation to and from the farm
Bonus Skills (but not required):
- Warehouse experience (No warehouse experience? No problem—we’re happy to train the right person)
- Familiarity with computers and tools like Excel
- Interest or experience in general farm workThe Details:
- Schedule will be 2–3 days per week to start, with potential for more as the role develops- Wages will be based on experience and skill level
- Permanent, year-round position- Meat stipend included
- Potential to take on more hours and responsibilities over time, including fulfillment leadership or crossover into farm roles
