Jerk is a style of cooking native to Jamaica. Spices in this Dry Rub include cinnamon, cloves, chili flakes, black pepper corns, garlic powder, lemon pepper, brown sugar, herbs & spices. Recommend that you season the meat with the Dry Rub, refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight before cooking. Bake then broil meat or barbeque on slow.
